Tofu is one of those ingredients that are great for health but disliked by many. This style of cooking tofu makes it extremely tender and soft, and easier to incorporate the sauce.
This sauce is really simple, and my go-to for most grilled vegetable accompaniments.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Package Tofu
• 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
• 3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Minced
• 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
• 1/4 cup Spring Onions Chopped
• 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
• 2 tbsp Water
METHOD
• Place the tofu in a steamer and let it steam for 7-8 min.
• Meanwhile, mix all the remaining ingredients well and adjust flavouring as per taste.
• We don't add salt, as all the sauces contain salt already.
• Once the tofu is steamed, cut thin slices (about 5 mm thick and 2 inches per side) and plate them.
• Pour the sauce generously over the entire stack, making sure to spoon the spring onions and sesame on top.
• Serve warm.
