This dish is a combination of yoghurt parfait and overnight oats. It's a bowl of comfort and a perfect breakfast for detoxing. It's versatile as well, in terms of flavours. This is the basic vanilla version, that I make and eat once a week atleast.

SERVES 1 (big bowl)
INGREDIENTS
½ cup oats
½ cup milk or plant based milk
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp honey or other sweetener if vegan
METHOD
Soak all these together in a bowl overnight with a lid on it.
In the morning, add your choice of sweetener.
If the mixture is too tight, you can add few tbsp of milk to make it a better consistency. Pour in a bowl.
For toppings, you can add: mixed fruits (any sweet ones), toasted coconut, seeds, mixed nuts and dry fruits.
You can serve it cold or room temperature.
