Mango Burrata Salad | Easy Salad Recipe at Home



INGREDIENTS

• 1 Cup Chopped Mango

• 1 Cup Chopped Tomato

• 1 Cup Rocket Leaves or any other Lettuce

• 1 Fresh Burrata Cheese

• Salt and Pepper to Taste

• Few Torn Basil Leaves

• A Dash of Balsamic Vinegar


METHOD

• Spread the leaves on a plate.

• Add the mangoes and tomatoes on top.

• Place the burrata in the centre.

• Just before serving, sprinkle salt and freshly cracked pepper.

• Add a dash of balsamic vinegar with a spoon all around the plate. • Serve.
