A healthy clean lifestyle is the need of the hour. And one of the best ways to achieve that when it comes to your diet, is to begin your day with a power-packed smoothie.
This is my version of it... Like all my other recipes, this has many variations. Try it out and lemme know!
SERVES 1 GLASS
INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
• 1 Frozen Banana
• 1/2 Cup Milk - Almond Soy, or Plain
• 5-6 Mint Leaves
• 1 tbsp Flax Seed Powder
METHOD
Blend everything well and serve.
* This can be made with any fruit and any milk.
* U can top it with chia seeds for more benefits and even throw in some green leafy veggies like spinach. If it's not sweet enough for u, then u can add in some honey or maple syrup.
Clean, light, nutritious n oh so yummy!
