𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• 1 cup mixed lettuce
• ½ cup mixed veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, zucchini diced
• ¼ cup berries like blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴
• ½ cup vegan curd whisked
• 1 tbsp tahini
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ¼ tsp chilli powder
• 4-5 cloves, garlic minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ½ lemon juice

• Mix all the ingredients of the dressing well.
• You can store it in an airtight jar for up to 3-4 days.
• Arrange all the salad ingredients on a plate.
